George K. Cupples Stadium was built in the 1930’s and plays host for all of the City of Pittsburgh School District’s high school football games. Newly remodeled, Cupples stadium will provide a enjoyable experience for both the fans and players through family based entertainment and magnificent football action. The South Side is a great location for all the restaurants and shops nearby which all will benefit from the Passion coming to the area.

DIRECTIONS
The stadium is on the right on East Carson Street between 7th Street and 9th Street on the south side of Pittsburgh. On its east end, the stadium is adjacent to the Orthodox church with the onion domes. On its west end, it is adjacent to South Vo-Tech High School.

FROM THE WEST:
You can reach East Carson at the West End Circle from the approach from Route 51. You also can reach it from the Corliss Tunnel at Corliss Street (Sheridan) and from McKees Rocks.

FROM DOWNTOWN PITTSBURGH:
Use the Smithfield Street Bridge or 10th Street Bridge. Turn left off the Smithfield Street Bridge onto East Carson Street and drive 5 or 6 blocks until you find the stadium on your right. From the 10th Street Bridge, turn right onto East Carson Street and drive 1 block to the stadium on your left.

FROM BECKS RUN ROAD:
Turn left onto Carson Street and proceed into the South Side for many blocks until you find 9th Street and the stadium on your left.

  • Turn LEFT onto ANDERSEN DR.

  • Merge onto I-376 E / US-22 E/ US-30 via exit 6A toward MONROEVILLE.

  • Take the GRANT ST exit - EXIT 1C - on the LEFT.

  • Stay STRAIGHT to go onto GRANT ST.

  • Turn RIGHT onto FORBEST AVE.

  • Turn RIGHT onto S 10TH ST / ARMSTRONG TUNNEL. Continue to follow S 10TH ST.

  • Turn RIGHT onto E CARSON ST / PA-837.

  • End at 903 E CARSON ST.
