PITTSBURGH -- Returning from the road with an incredible victory over the D.C. Divas on June 14th, 17-12,
the Pittsburgh Passion finish the regular season undefeated in the North Atlantic division. With a 21-game
winning streak, the Passion secure a home playoff game against the South Atlantic division champion, Orlando
Mayhem, for Saturday, June 28th, 7:05pm at Cupples Stadium. . 930 E. Carson Street. Tickets available at the
gate and online.. Adults: $12.00, Senior/Military: $8.00, Child/Student: $5.00. Gates open at 5:30pm.
Winner will advance to the second round of playoffs on Saturday, July 12th, location to be determined. The
National Championship is scheduled for Saturday, July 26th in Chicago, Illinois.
The Pittsburgh Passion is a licensed team in the Independent Women's Football League. The IWFL currently
has over 1600 women playing the sport for 41 teams across North America from Southern California to
Montreal and Washington to Florida.
